Terms of Service

SatawBerry offers three monthly plans, billed on a recurring basis until you cancel:

• Toe-Dipper - $9.99/month for 225 minutes of conversation.
• Committed - $14.99/month for 340 minutes of conversation.
• Immersive - $44.99/month for 1,200 minutes of conversation.

Minutes reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any tax Paddle is required to collect in your location.

Paddle, our payment provider, is the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle handles your payment, issues your receipt, and is who your card statement will show as the seller. We never see or store your full card details.

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@satawberry.com from the email address on your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to your plan for the rest of the billing period you already paid for.

Charges are generally final. If something went wrong with a charge - for example you were billed after already cancelling, or a technical fault on our side kept you from using the plan you paid for - email hello@satawberry.com and we will review it. Refunds are considered case by case and are not automatic.

SatawBerry is for practising Thai conversation. Do not use it to generate abusive content, attempt to disrupt the service, or access accounts other than your own. We may suspend or terminate an account that does either.

SatawBerry is provided as-is and may change or be interrupted from time to time. The Android app is available now; an iPhone version is in progress.

If we change these terms, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use SatawBerry after a change means you accept it.
